Place your order
If you have seen a wedding stationery design you love on our website, you can easily order online – our online order forms allow you to personalise the text and customise the colours, or you can email over any text and instructions after you’ve ordered. For something a little bit (or a lot) different, we’re happy to accommodate any requests too. Please email us with your requirements including the quantities and we’ll take it from there.
When you order through the website, we take payment as you place the order. For bespoke orders, we will issue an invoice and accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or Paypal.
Review your proof
Within 3 working days of receiving your wedding stationery order, we will email you a digital proof (screen resolution pdf) of your chosen products so you can check you are happy with the design and that all the details are correct before we print it. We will also send you a ‘Proofing Checklist’ to help ensure you don’t miss anything. If you spot any changes, we will then amend the design as necessary until you are happy to give your final approval. The timeline at this point depends on the changes you make, but we will work hard to get further proofs sent to you as quickly as possible.

Once you have approved the proof, we aim to despatch your wedding invitations within 10 working days. We are a small business and at busy times this lead time can increase. If your order is time sensitive then please make this clear to us from the beginning so we can let you know if it will be possible to deliver by your deadline. We will always do our best to do so.
We charge £12.50 postage for all UK orders (excluding sample packs). Orders are sent via DPD’s next day delivery service. You will receive an email confirmation from DPD the day before your order is due to be delivered. On the day you will be given a 1 hour delivery time slot which will be before midday. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in pristine condition. If you notice any damage to the package when it arrives, please check the contents before accepting the delivery. We require a signature of receipt for all deliveries.
