The Order Process

STEP 1: Place your order

If you have seen a design you love on our website you can easily order online – customise the colours and either enter your text or email it over after you’ve ordered. If you would like something a little bit (or a lot) different, please email us with your requirements including the quantities you require and we’ll take it from there.

If you order through the website, we take payment when you place your order. For bespoke orders we will issue an invoice and accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card or Paypal.

STEP 2: Review your proof

Within 3 working days of receiving your order we will email you a digital proof (screen resolution pdf) of your chosen stationary so you can check you are happy with the design and that all the details are correct before we print it. We will also send you a ‘Proofing Checklist’ to help ensure you don’t miss anything. We will then amend the design as necessary until you are happy to give your approval. The timeline at this point depends on the changes you make, but we will work to get further proofs sent to you as quickly as possible.

STEP 3: Look forward to your delivery!

Once you have approved the proof, we aim to despatch your invitations within 10 working days. We are a small business and at busy times this lead time can increase. If your order is time sensitive then please make this clear to us from the beginning so we can let you know if it will be possible to deliver by your deadline. We charge £10 postage for all UK orders (excluding samples). Orders are either sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or via courier depending on their weight and value. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in pristine condition. If you notice any damage to the package when it arrives, please check the contents before accepting the delivery. A signature of receipt is required for all deliveries.
